I’ve always had a passion for science and it was my strongest subject. At university,I studied microbiology. Then I worked in food microbiology for a few years - looking at things like yeast, bacteria, food safety and food quality - basically, the structure of food.
When I applied for a job and then joined tails.com, I knew that I was going to participate in something extraordinary; the disruption of an industry in providing individually tailored pet food at a mass scale, using in-house developed technologies, innovative systems and big data.
